This is an awesome security gadget, but the balance display is only in US dollars and Euros, which is a bit of a letdown. The range of supported coins is quite limited, and you can't even add a token like XDC directly (unlike Ledger, which was super simple to set up). The Ngrave device boasts fantastic technology and is definitely worth the price, but those little issues from the user's perspective kinda spoil the overall experience.

I just got my hands on the ZERO hardware wallet, and I gotta say, I'm really impressed. Setting it up was a breeze, and the app that comes with it gives me great insights into my assets. With all the recent buzz around crypto exchanges, I’m relieved that my assets are finally secure. Also, I can't forget to shout out the customer support from NGrave. They were super helpful and quick to respond when I had some questions about the device. I totally recommend the ZERO to anyone in need of a safe and easy way to keep their cryptocurrency.

When it comes to crypto, safety is key, and I really trust my ZERO because its operating system has EAL7 certification. The backup feature, Graphene, really demonstrates how committed NGRAVE is to security in every way. I also found the setup process and transaction initiation to be a breeze. It's way better than my Ledger!

This gadget is one I can rely on due to its durability. Having been in the security field for quite a while, I’ve checked out tutorials on Ngrave, gone through the documentation, and the extensive review from Coin Bureau was the final push I needed to say, 'Alright, let’s grab one!'

I got the guidance I needed for the firmware update. Just wish I hadn’t had to reach out for that info. It seems like that should be sent to all customers and shared on their social media.

I was really let down. I was excited about this hardware wallet, but I can’t add Solana and other coins because the firmware update doesn’t recognize the Zero device. You’d think a product that’s meant to hold something as valuable as crypto would have round-the-clock customer support. It’s been over 30 days, so I’m hoping this isn’t a total loss of hundreds of dollars on this device.

This is a fantastic item. Super easy to use, and I totally trust the crew. They've consistently replied to my emails quickly, and their answers have always gone above and beyond what I expected.

Awesome design. Setting it up was a breeze. My experience up to now has been really good. The customer service is top-notch. They mention needing to add more coins to the wallet, and they're actively working on that. Plus, if you check out their website, there's a roadmap in the works for upcoming updates.

I’m giving a solid five stars to the Ngrave user experience, no doubt about it. I really liked it! The design is stunning, and the materials are top-notch. Plus, it allows for offline transactions. The backup with graphene offers an extra layer of safety.

Ngrave Zero is truly a fantastic device, and getting it set up was super easy. I can't wait for additional token support down the line. The only problem I've run into is with the firmware update; I'm struggling to get it updated to version 1.2. My Windows 10 system only has USB 3.1 and Thunderbolt 4 ports, so I reckon I'll just have to hang tight for those improvements.

Honestly, the entire package is fantastic. The one thing I’m missing is a wallet for Monero. I get that they can’t handle the massive variety of coins available, but I believe Monero stands out enough to deserve some attention for development, right alongside BTC.

After seeing the collapse of Celsius, Voyager, and other platforms, plus some exchanges halting withdrawals, it hit me that my crypto isn't really mine if it's sitting in an exchange. I was on the hunt for the safest wallet, and NGRAVE boasts top-notch security certifications. I also needed something user-friendly, where I wouldn't have to juggle two buttons just to pick and confirm choices. NGRAVE's got a full display that pulls up a complete QWERTY keyboard through software whenever I need to type or make selections. So far, I'm really pleased with it.

This is likely the top wallet available. The build quality is top-notch, security is top-tier, and the software is quite functional. I do think the camera compartment and fingerprint sensor could use some tweaking (in my experience, they aren't always as spot-on as the rest of the item), but hey... Ad maiora semper!
